1. Account & Registration

By creating an account on Aethonia, you agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Aethonia's services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using bots, hacks, cheats, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal advantage
• Harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior toward other players
• Real-world trading (RWT) of in-game items or currency
• Account trading or selling
• Advertising or spamming

3. Donations & Premium Currency

All donations are voluntary contributions to support server development and maintenance. Aethonia Coins (AC) received are a token of appreciation and hold no real-world monetary value. All donations are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Game Content & Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to graphics, text, software, and game mechanics, are the property of Aethonia or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

5. Server Stability & Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, Aethonia cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for loss of items, characters, or progress due to server issues, maintenance, or technical problems.

6. Account Suspension & Bans

Aethonia reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund. Repeated violations may result in IP bans. Ban appeals can be submitted through official channels.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect and store necessary information to provide our services, including email addresses, IP addresses, and gameplay data. Your data will never be sold to third parties. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Community Guidelines

Aethonia is a community-driven server. We expect all players to treat each other with respect. Toxic behavior, discrimination, or disruption of gameplay may result in disciplinary action.

9. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Aethonia's services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced via our website and Discord.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aethonia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, items, or characters.
